The price was great for a Samsung 32 Gb we live the volume and the pics taken from it

Great beginner phone. This phone is great for beginners not because it's easy to use but because of the price. It's a Samsung smartphone for under $200. Looks great (bezels are thin enough and you get a hole-punch camera) and can't complain about the quality at this price. It's not going to be an extremely capable phone, you aren't going to be playing high end games smoothly or using it to get work done and multitask, but no one is expecting that for under $200 anyways.

it has all the features I need. Camera is great! Resolution is clear. Excellent phone!

For a basic phone - no complaints. I don't stream or use lots of data so it suits me. Compared to my LG it's a step up) Got it unlocked so that I can use Spectrum's by the gig plan. I'm still learning about certain features. I got an "open box" and It came with a charging cable. The phone had no visible defects (a few fingerprints on the case.) All together I saved about 50$ The staff was great. Helped me test the sound and explore features. Very helpful.

Excellent phone for the price, great value, easy to use, holds a good charge. You can't really go wrong for a basic smartphone except for the idiotic lack of landscape mode on the camera, which is a Samsung thing, not a price thing.

I paid the same amount for this phone that I could have paid at a phone store for a better brand. The phone is slow and does not catch my voice recognition. It already is starting to have glitchez and I only had it for a few months. The cold part is I thought I was getting a good deal because the employee told me that they just got these types of Falls in. I guess he was just trying to upsell me. And I am so mad I got the key Squad Insurance when I will not be replacing this phone with another one of these pieces of crap! I love buying electronics at Best Buy but I will never buy a phone again from there

My husband is very satisfied with his new phone. He's always had basic flip phones before. REALLY good price.

I am using this phone for a six month and impressed how well it's performing. Verizon and Wi Fi calls are clear and no whatsoever issues with connections. Pictures and videos are of a super quality. Processor is not that fast, but acceptable and all apps are working perfectly. I didn't even expected that a such inexpensive cellphone can be so exciting to have.

great value for the money, it lasted lot longer than i expected for low end samsung phone. need to replace it as the battery is bulging and no way to change the battery. but for the price i paid i can't complain

phone does what i need it too. The processor can be slow sometimes and the camera is meh, but if you need a smart phone for verizon prepaid its good enough.

We were unable to use this unlocked phone with our verizon prepaid plan we returned to Best Buy and they tried also and were unable so they returned it and we purchased a prepaid phone. They were very helpful in getting us the phone that would work with our plan.

A simple little phone that's got more power than I expected. I originally intended to use it only for a phone and my Kindle program. I found that it was convenient to have a couple more apps on it in the phone is doing great it's got a louder speaker did I've ever found before. And when I watch a video on it it works great. I really like this little phone.

Bought for my mom who has T-mobile. Good phone for the price. Just switched the sim and good to go

It doesn't like liquid. Easier to understand than Motorola. Can't take battery out. Too many updates.

It is simply because of its value I bought this , unlocked and price is simply cannot be beaten. Good price for product.
