Great Phone

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my mother, who is in a nursing home to make video calls to my father, who is at home (also on a Samsung phone). It works great. It's fast and easy to use. The display is beautiful. She previously had a flip phone and her transition to using this phone had me impressed. My only "complaint" is that there was no instruction as to how to activate it when I first received it. Luckily, I've been an AT&T customer for a long time and remembered the activation website. Best Buy/AT&T should have at least included a small print out/reminder to go to the activation website.
