This phone reaction was extremely slow. It takes a long time to load. Ultimatly the quality of the internet connection did nothing to speed the response.

Great phone. The Samsung Smart Switch app made it a breeze to transfer everything from my old LG phone. The phone does everything I want but was not super expensive.

This was purchased as a gift for our adult daughter. She needed a replacement for an android phone so we bought this as a gift. She was delighted and has had this over a year with no issues. The battery life is good and she says the display is great.

Decent starter phone for our daughter. No bells or whistles. The price was just right for what we were looking for.

Sure its cheap but gosh is it slow. While the software is typical Samsung and works perfectly fine the CPU is hot garbage. This thing has terrible lag. I mean even general navigation of the phone lags. Its kind of unreal how slow it is. I mean out the box slug. Haven't see this kind of poor performance out of a modern smartphone in years. Sure its $200 but for that same amount of money you can get a moto g power or oneplus nord. Almost anybody elses $200 phone will perform better as they all have more powerful processors. This right here is the "samsung" tax. Hands down dollar for dollar you are better going with any mainstream competitors budget offering. If this wasn't a secondary device I would 10000% return it. Absolutely would not recommend it for daily use if you even moderately use your phone.
