Good phone. Purchased as gift. Works well so far and my friend like it as his first Samsung.

I was looking for a android phone to play games I cannot get on IOS phones I found this one on best buy's discount section as an open box and the price one could not go wrong its been working fine ever since I'm not a fan of android phones they work great just don't care for the way they are set up.

This phone is okay, camera is very detailed. Not enough internal storage as preprogrammed apps take up about half of internal memory and cannot be Uninstalled. Lots of cases made for this phone though.3 day battery life so far.

Purchased phone for husband to upgrade him from the flip phone. He really doesn’t like it but we had to bring him into the 2022 age of technology. It’s a little big for him but he deals with it. I must say the two aren’t joined at the hip because he leaves it a lot and has to be reminded to take it with him. The battery is awesome. Retains a charge for a long time.

Looking for a cost effective phone that wouldn’t break the bank since we are in retirement mode. Needed an unlocked device that we could just transfer s sim card into. This device met those needs and has worked fine with our PureTalk account.

Bought this for my elderly Mother. This phone was recommended by Best Buy associate at phone sales. I think this is great and very easy to use. I never had a Samsung phone before but I like it. It is reasonably priced and I think it was a great value!

My husband was talked into this phone as a replacement to his Google Pixel. If I was there I would have not have purchased this phone. It is a good phone with good picture. This phone can not operate our banking apps. Not sure what the deal is with that.

Good phone, good size, decent camera quality and overall good battery life.

Very easy to use, favorite phone of all time. Super simple to block unwanted calls. Easier to use then the iphone and a lot cheaper. Great video, free tv/movie channels. Easier to purchase at best buy then a cell phone store.

For this prive a great phone ,very good battery ,big screen

The processor is so slow that it lags during regular typing. 32 G of storage is only enough to download 4 or 5 apps. The 5000mA battery is very good. I often have over 90% battery left at the end of the day. The phone won't break no mater how many times you drop it.

Good phone. Price OK. Easy to use. With enough function for me to use.
