My wife is very happy with this phone.

She wanted a phone that would work with the new Verizon network but did not cost a small fortune. I was impressed with the features and the speed and responsiveness compared to her old phone. This phone has more features and is much faster. My wife is very happy with this phone.

Wrong carrier

Not convenient

Beside that only limit 3 fingerprint only. The location on the side also very not convenient. The user interface is not good, too. For comparison, a low cost and more than 5 years old phone LG K20V, it can be double tap on screen to wake up the phone or to lock the phone immediately, any where. Very convenient. This A13 phone only has 1 way to open and lock phone via the fingerprint button.
