Not a Good phone to buy.

Customer service was very rude as well not looking forward to buying at Bellingham Location again. Last time we came in looking at cell phones Customer service was rude as well and we decided to order directly from Samsung Store instead, for the Galaxy S22 Ultra & accessories.

Strongly do not recommend

The android operating system and nearly all applications struggle to keep a consistent pace and will miss your screen inputs. I half expected subpar performance for the price, but I believed that I'd get used to it. Well, the sluggish performance is too much to bear and will even waste precious time before an emergency call. I advise that you don't consider purchasing any of the Samsung A series phones.

Not Compatible

So, I assumed I could go online to Tracfone, register & use it. Nope....not compatible with them either. Looks like I will have to return the phone. Disappointed, as it appears to be a very nice phone.

It's a good phone for someone who doesn't utilize cell phones often. Storage space is extremely low. who will have to choose between photos, documents you've downloaded, and apps.
