I knew this phone was a budget phone but figured how bad can it be my note 8 was good enough just had a cracked screen. Well I was completely wrong this A13 is horrible super laggy to the point that it's frustrating. You are better off buying a used note 8 around same price but way better .

By October 22 it would no longer charge and Asurion tried thier best to fix this but kept getting wrong parts. Best buy was not willing to fix as they no longer fix Samsungs. So BUYER BEWARE. Samsung is not the way to go at Best Buy.

One works fine and the doesn't. It's a cell phone so your just out of luck when they're defective. Between this and my TV going bad. I am done with Samsung's products. The quality isn't there anymore.
