I wouldn't wish this phone on my worst enemy. The chip cannot handle basic tasks. Something simple like just turning on the phone takes about 60 seconds. If you are accustomed to using even mid tier phones, you will rue the day you bought this and the circumstances that led to it. Opening apps, regardless of what it is, can take up to 10 seconds. Scrolling the control menu down (for example to turn on wifi or bluetooth) has about a 3 second delay after you swipe. The only thing good about this phone is the battery life, although this might not be a good example because I try to use it as little as possible because it is so frustrating. Keep in mind, the display model at Best Buy is entirely different than the consumer model, because the display model has an incredibly fast refresh rate that will be totally absent once you take this out of the box.

Overall I am super happy with this purchase which was made after my daughter broke her all mostly brand new iPhone. The SIM card was removed and put in this phone and it works great. The phone has been very reliable.

I got this for my father who uses a couple of android apps everyday. It has decent picture quality, and all necessary apps run great! No need to waste the money if you don’t need the extra horsepower with the expensive phones

I bought it for my brother and it is a very good phone, it is fast, it has a large tactical screen, he loves this cell phone

I will never buy a cell phone through my phone company again! This experience was the best and saved me so much money! The staff was so kind and helpful and thorough!! I told this to all of my family members....every one of them switched to this phone and have been as pleased as I was! Keep in mind, I am not addicted to my cell, but this does the basic job fantastic!!
