    Samsung always surprises with low price phones and high quality! Really a start up phone or something for someone that doesn’t need too much than basic social media or communication, also a great item if you are loosing for a nice phone for cheap price

    GOOD PHONE. DECENT PRICE. DOES EVERYTHING YOU NEED A BASIC PHONE TO DO. VERY NICE SIZED SCREEN AT 6.6 INCHES. FAST CHARGING. NICE CASES AVAILABLE. I SCREWED IT UP THOUGH. GOT MYSELF LOCKED OUT OF IT. SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH SAMSUNG ON THE PHONE. WITH THEM HAVING TO GO INTO 2 OF MY OTHER SAMSUNG DEVICES, REMOTELY. HAD TO RETURN\EXCHANGE IT. AND THEY CHARGED ME A 45 BUCK RESTOCKING FEE, CAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT MOSTLY. BUT THEY DID GIVE ME A NEW ONE.

    Good Phone within Budget. Display, Performance, speed are all good. Only thing is the box will not come with a charger. Only USB is included. We need to purchase the plug separately.

    The wifi was not working for one of the 3 identical phones I bought, but I got a full refund for it because I have Total protection with BestBuy. No questions asked. I used the phone for 6 months for free.

    A13 is a good alternative for any android device. Now with the big brother being out, A14, it’ll be a no brainer to upgrade. It has one of the newest chips, batteries, and software. Either option is a safe option but if you get the chance. I recommend A14.
