    I like my new phone. T-Mobile is my carrier and it works great. Also great — the Samsung rep at the Best Buy store took care of transferring everything over from my old phone for me. It was one-stop shopping! Very slick. I'm not giving 5 stars because "Excellent" seems like a pretty high bar.

    I had a top of the line Samsung S9+, which was a metal case phone. I got this S13+ which is a plastic body. It not only feels less expensive it is not a luxury item, it is utilitarian. Otherwise decent phone for the price.
