We bought two of these Samsung Galaxy phones, they seem work just fine, but the color is lighter than the one that we had before, and there's no charging cable and charger in the box.

Great Phone! I hate buying new tech devices, but this was so easy to adapt to...having had a Galaxy A20 previously. The sound quality is good, pictures excellent, and I like that it's a little bigger. Samsung is really exceptional at making it's phones user friendly. Didn't like no charger included...white USB cable only; but the only charger BB had for sale was black (Ugh).

Ironically, the toughest challenge was figuring out how to answer a call when the phone rings. I learned at the Samsung website how to change the settings to "one touch pickup." This was my first smart phone after 10 years of dumb flip phones (G2 then G3) which are easy to answer.

This phone has all the features including 5G and screen clarity looks great. Worth for the price. Highly recommended.

Texting is complicated. The space bar is too close to the period so instead of spaces you have periods separating words. The camera/pictures suck!! Poor picture quality, especially when using zoom. Not good for concerts if you're in the nosebleed section. The phone is on the heavy side. But the battery life is great. The phone works as it should.

A basic mobile. No problem as such. Serves the purpose. It doesn't come with a charger. No always on display. Average RAM and processing speed. I expect the device to slow down after a years usage.

If you want a great phone for an affordable price, this is the one. It has a good camera. Samsung has done good with this phone. I use my phone often during the day and it holds a charge well.

Bought for a teenager as a first phone and it works great for the price

This is a very convenient phone and has all the required items. This is thin and good quality photos can be taken. Easy to carry.
