I really enjoy my phone. It was a good buy. It has a lot of stuff on the phone. More than I thought it would have. Better option for me takes great photos.

PHOTOS ARE INSANE! LOVE THIS PHONE. WILL ALWAYS BUY A SAMSUNG. I MEAN IT WILL PHOTOGRAPH THE FIBERS OF A THREAD LIKE A FREAKING MICROSCOPE.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G and so far my experience with this phone has been a delight. Setup was easy and I like the tons of options available to have it work right for me. I really enjoy the different ring tones available. Have had no issues using this phone and am happy with my purchase.

For the price it was a good buy. I always check the deal of the day email first.

Bought it for my elderly parents, it was easy to use and was in good condition.

I had a Galaxy years ago but switched to Motorola for the past 8 years. I switched back to Galaxy to see if that would improve my T-mobile cell service, of which it may have. A few of the frustrations I have with the phone: I have swiped down to deny a few incoming Google Voice calls, but the calls were answered. I couldn't clearly see that there was an ongoing call. The call answer and deny screen is pretty clear, but hasn't consistently done what I like. Second frustration: no QR code scanner that came with the phone, have to download a separate app. I've looked up galaxy help for this and it's not clear. Third: The phone feels huge, especially with a case. Fourth: I have to charge it much more often than my Moto Power (I could go 3-4 days on a single charge) It's definitely a steep transition coming from a Moto G 7 Power. Moto phones are much more intuitive- app organization and hand motions are easier. It does make phone calls, text, and access the internet. The small things give it a 2-3 star review. If I were buying a phoen again, and wanted a Galaxy, I would get a step up from the A 13.

Good little phone for what it offers. The space is good for the files i need to hold, and ts speed is really good.
