Adam did an awesome job. Tried to determine why my phone would drop calls. 5G issue. Adam got me into a new phone and transferred pix, msgs and numbers to the new phone. Also used the purchase as a teaching experience for the other associate. Thanks Adam! You Rock!

Nice basic Samsung phone. Camera is not as good as higher priced models which is as expected.

So slow. So unbearably slow. Better off with a Moto G.

Easy switch loading from previous Samsung phone. As normal, learning features and operation is very time consuming

The phone is great no problems my previous phone what you doing up on me and it was also not receiving calls finally I got a phone that I think it's going to work so far so good

Best bang for the buck if you are a light user and looking for internationally unlocked phones. Screen size is a bit large for me though. I guess the size is standard now a days.

I recently purchased this phone and replaced a J3. This phone does so much more and is pretty user friendly. I would recommend it for older folks like me.

Awesome phone for the price! The camera quality is not very good, and while that doesn't really matter to me, for some that may be a deal breaker.

Phone is fast and easy to use, needed an upgrade that didn't hurt my pocket, this was a good buy does the job on a budget.

I need a phone with a larger screen. I shopped around and found one at a lower price than Best Buy. I When to Best Buy and they priced march their competitors' price. I am a happy camper.
