Great budget phone!

Despite being hesitant on this downgrade, this is a very good phone. It has the speed and picture quality, works just as well as her old phone, AND IT HAS THE 3.5mm HEADPHONE JACK! Small downside is it does not have Android Auto capability.

2 Years and still strong

It became a very useful device to help her keep track of his and her daily appts, medication, physical therapy etc....and a form of some entertainment after my son downloaded casino slot games simce they couldn't go in person anymore lol.

Replaced a Samsung Galaxy S8

Needed a smart phone that would be easy for my older husband to use. He has been very happy with it. He likes this phone, because this phone is larger and easier to see the apps on it. He also says it is faster.

I've always had LGs so it was hard to make a change but all in all nice phone good camera, good screen, clear volume with calls, good speaker. A few things I do wish it came with is visual voicemail and having trouble figuring out how to get notifiction dots on apps but mostly very satisfied.
