Awesome camera and clear display. The power button is "in" the side of the phone, and the volume down button is "on" the side of the phone. It is difficult to take screenshots because you press these buttons at the same time. The phone is too wide to fit in many spaces.

Works well. It was given to my mother in law and she loved the phone. I recomend it as a smartphone beginner.

Replaced my son's phone with a lower grade model because he did appreciate or take care of his A32. This phone is more sturdier and performs well. Purchased unlocked because carriers have terrible phone plans.

I'm not the right customer for this phone. I got it based on several tech reviewers calling it a great phone at this price - but most of all for the Android updates for years to come. Unfortunately the phone feels awkward in my hand, kind of off balance. I could get used to it, so that isn't a reason to return a very good phone - but the real reason is, this phone seems built to harvest and your personal activity like no other phone I've seen up to now. I've putting in effort to turn off permissions, and figure out where to write to opt out of personal info being sold - it's a lot of work and I am not sure I'm up to the task of opting out of all the data harvesting for every thing on the phone. It's a shame and maybe I will end up encountering the same issue with the next phone maker I try. Anyway, this is the first time I've ever not really liked a new phone, and that is for a variety of manufacturers over the years. The good news is, I got this from Best Buy's "Open Box - Excellent "category, and it was excellent. Charging time is super fast, as were the software updates. Maybe someone else will feel it is the perfect phone for them.

Good overall unit especially given the price. The only significant difference from our earlier model iPhone 6 is that I have not been able to find a way to have speech to text for messaging, although it may be available through the Gemini app which is able to process my speech to text w/o a problem. Would have like to have seen somewhat better battery performance.

This phone is actually pretty good better than I expected it nice,fast and good display so far so good I recommend it .

We bought this as a replacement phone for our daughter who had cracked the screen on her Motorola. As we had the Samsung Galaxy S23s, we expected this would have similar quality and reliability, but she has been very disappointed with it. She travels over five hours to college, and finds that it has a hard time running GPS and anything else at the same time, and sometimes it will not run more than one app at a time. She also said the camera quality is not great. Overall, while it is a "phone", it's not as much as we expected for what we paid for it.
