    Bought as inexpensive replacement of my A52 that suddenly crapped out, after an update in summer 2024. Best Buy couldn't run diagnostics and neither could You Break, I Fix. So bought this. Recently having glitchy response to SCREENSHOTS w/palm swipe. Don't know why :-( Has many features as my previous A51 . Good choice for basic smart phone in the A series.

    Ordered the phone. Was not delivered. Best Buy processed a return without my consent and i havent gotten my money back. Says wait 10 business days. Unacceptable. No US based customer service or escalation paths.
