This was a phone replacement for my 16yr old. I love that all I had to do was have it delivered the. Insert SIM card. Phone works great. Very fast processor and my son loves it. He was previously in an iPhon but he prefers that android OS better. The camera on this phone is great as well. I may buy another one for myself.

The phone is good for the price, doesnt lag at all unless you use it for heavy gaming, has a decent camera, display and the battery life is awesome.

Bought this phone as a gift for my teenager for her first cell phone. Great price during the Black Friday holiday sales. Arrived quickly. Best Buy is always reliable for a great shopping experience! The item itself so far has been great - crystal clear display and great colors. Seems like a really good battery life. The camera is really good too for the price of the phone. Maybe not the amazing quality as a Pixel or high end iphone, but can't beat it for the price! The Samsung Galaxy phones are always reliable work horses and this one seems to be too.

The camera quality is great! The phone runs well when gaming and its an easy setup. Very durable device, can take a hell of a beating. Great for a kid or someone who's on a budget! My only complaint is that it has Knox security which sucks when you like rooting your devices like myself. Personally I feel if you purchase a device with your money you should be able to do whatever you want to it. It's a problem with any Samsung device, really. But for most people it doesn't matter, so aside from that it's the perfect, ideal budget phone. I cannot stress how great quality it is for the price!

I bought this phone as my daughter's 1st phone as a new teenager. She loves it! It tajes clear pictures and has and impressive amiunt of storage of 128GB. She has not had one complaint and neither have I.

I'm writing my review with this A15 phone I bought. The Samsung Galaxy A20 for me was great! 3 years later, with the A15 is a bit of a downgrade. The keyboard sucks! It's got this most annoying screen lock, I think called the accidental touch protection that goes off for no reason half the time. It takes me multiple attempts to clear. Also, taking photos takes 5 seconds or more to actually take ONE photo. (But the picture qualities are Ok. Not like iphone quality but not bad) Weird because the delay taking photos has never happened with any of my previous phones before? Browsing is Ok except for the keyboard being super glitchy. The phone in general is glitchy on multiple things at times. But other than that it functions well and as long as I can watch videos, send emails and make phone calls, etc. It'll make do. I would Not reccomend this for the camera. Or for writing. And I definitely wouldn't reccomend this for someone who wants a budget way of starting their own social media page/channel. But if you just want a general phone it should do Ok. So as far as recommending the phone, it depends on how you want to use it.

You can't beat the specs on this phone becasue for the entry price of $200 it comes with the features most people actually care about: -OLED screen that is super bright and pixel dense -Solid camera -more than the 4gb ram other phones tend to use at this price point (6GB) -pretty large battery and good battery life -punch hole design at the top for a big screen -speakers are pretty good -5G capable which is a must now a days -Great business phone for employees

I had wanted to get a galaxy S but had to buy this instead since i did not get the product I initially wanted, but i ha e been very satisfied with this phone. It does everything i need it to and more. The camera quality is great, even in low light and the battery lasts days without recharge. I am very happy with this phone. I think. I'll be using it for the next 2-3 years without a problem unless i decide to switch to a different brand.

Got this budget phone to replace my wife's broken Note20 5G. Despite being hesitant on this downgrade, this is a very good phone. It has the speed and picture quality, works just as well as her old phone, AND IT HAS THE 3.5mm HEADPHONE JACK! Small downside is it does not have Android Auto capability.

I bought this for my daughter as she needed a device to keep up with various school group chats. It has plenty of storage for her needs and she’s commented on the quality of the camera and how much she loves the color. It was affordable and, so far, have had no issues with it.

I like rhis phone a lot. I don't need a super expensive phone. This does what I need it to do. I've been using it about a month now, and have not had any issues. The display is nice and bright, it's fast on the internet, and has ample storage for what I need. The camera takes good pictures and videos. Id recommended this model to anyone needing a decent phone that doesn't cost a ton.

My old phone needed replaced. I can't justify spending $1000 or so on the latest/greatest model, I'm not a "power user" just an average user. I'm pleasantly surprised with the A15, the screen is clear and smooth scrolling, battery life is also very good. Phone calls, camera work well, All apps work well too. This phone does everything that I need and then some. Best $200 spent. Also like the Speck case.

Nice bulid quality with a recessed screen lock button. Dusplay is good for the price. Easy mode is great for first time smartphone users as it simplifies the options and settings so it is harder to ramdomly change a setting. It has a decent processor to handle everyday tasks well, just dont go expecting performance on par with a mid-range device. The camera is probably the worst part of the phone, as it is just ok. I would say it is a good value for the price

If you got this device on discount. It's so worth it. All smartphone these days are OK devices. This one does the job without leaving you wanting for replacement. I love it. Not a flagship but still nothing beats the price. And it's a Samsung!

Love the sleek design and user friendly use of the phone. I've been using apple products for years now and switched back to android just currently; sometimes the phone is a bit slow processing for me, so i am still trying to get used to the speed of it and the screen seems a bit unresponsice at times.
