I paid for the phone - it should just work! Plus it constantly pops up erroneous screens and is difficult to get to the desired screen. The camera is no better than the one on my 5-year-old Samsung.

But this one (and the A14 my wife uses) has been a pain in my rump. Hers will constantly decide it won't connect to mobile data. Mine will freeze for no reason, regardless of the network. Sometimes borderline useless. The camera is "eh" ok. Speed is abismal. Samsung continually wanting me to use all their ecosystem apps and not letting me opt out of them. But hey .. it has 128GB of storage to take subpar pictures. But it was cheapish when I needed a fast phone. I'll be replacing this as soon as I can.

This phone was was SO slow. Everything from features, to browsing, to switching apps, to taking pictures, to sendind and receiving pictures and texts. It wouldnt even connect to my android auto in my car, nothing. (I tried everything, with and without my gigablast wifi it remained the same) The big screen was nice i suppose, but, it's just strange that my 7 year old phone was still faster than it. I did return it by the 14 day mark to make sure i was truly unhappy with it and paid a few extra hundred for another S series Samsung. Worst $200 spent in a while.
