It reminds me why I chose pixel before and once I have the cash to purchase a new pixel outright I will buy a new one. This seems to be my way of accepting responsibility for the damage I did to my last phone. And for sure - Google has a product that is light years ahead of Samsung.

The return process in-store was a nightmare – the manager was rude and refused to listen to my explanation. They even charged me a return fee because the phone was opened, which was frustrating since I had to check if it worked with my service. However, I did reach out to customer service online, and they were very helpful in getting my return fee refunded. While I appreciate their assistance, the in-store experience was extremely disappointing. I’m hesitant to buy from here again based on this experience.

It provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. You can also automatically optimize your phone or tablet for faster, better performance. It's important to keep your phone up to date with the latest software version as well. If your phone is slowing down, you should utilize the quick optimization feature. The Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears away unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. This cellphone is not good quality of battery

It means that you dont use the phone, it still run out battery fastly. Every minutes, there is 1% battery goes down even you dont open the phone. I must return it and i must pay return stock fee about $45 for this product which is not enough quality. Please carefully to buy some product in best buy because they charged return stock fee about $45 even their product is defect or not quality.
