    Very disappointed with this Samsung mobile. The performance is laggy, apps crash frequently, the battery life is terrible, and the camera quality is nowhere near what was advertised. Overall, one of the worst mobile experiences I’ve had.”

    I bought the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G hoping it would work with my Spectrum service, but unfortunately, it wasn't compatible. The return process in-store was a nightmare – the manager was rude and refused to listen to my explanation. They even charged me a return fee because the phone was opened, which was frustrating since I had to check if it worked with my service. However, I did reach out to customer service online, and they were very helpful in getting my return fee refunded. While I appreciate their assistance, the in-store experience was extremely disappointing. I’m hesitant to buy from here again based on this experience.

    A low and pathetic underpowered phone that is the worst piece of technology I have owned in 5 years. It reminds me why I chose pixel before and once I have the cash to purchase a new pixel outright I will buy a new one. This seems to be my way of accepting responsibility for the damage I did to my last phone. And for sure - Google has a product that is light years ahead of Samsung.

    This phone ran out of battery every minutes. It means that you dont use the phone, it still run out battery fastly. Every minutes, there is 1% battery goes down even you dont open the phone. I must return it and i must pay return stock fee about $45 for this product which is not enough quality. Please carefully to buy some product in best buy because they charged return stock fee about $45 even their product is defect or not quality.

    The phones quality wasn’t what I thought it would be. The processing speed is extremely slow for simple tasks. My phone hard ever receives phone calls. Notifications only come through once I pick the phone up and unlock the screen then all the day’s notifications flood the screen. This phone is an overall disaster and I hate I wasted my money

    I went from a Google Pixel 4a to this. It's been nothing but issues and I will be returning this. It's extremely slow and lagging. The text message screen will minimize and becomes impossible to get it to clear off the screen. The inset of the volume and power buttons makes it impossible to make a screenshot. Changing from one app to another takes so long. I actually hate this phone!!!

    this phone was a disappointment after changing from motorola. the phone turns off by itself, the blue tooth disconnects in the car, I get text messages from the year before, and it just doesn't work well.

    My previous LG was 10 plus years old. Alas no LG in the phone world. So I bought a less expensive Samsung. I had problems immediately but thought it was my lack of understanding, finally after 6 days took it back as it updated and lost a lot of my info, Upgraded to the next Samsung, I recommend spending a little more money
