Wish I had stuck with Motorola

Similar price but much easier to use. I have to use Google voice to get all the messages on my group chats. This is such an annoying phone and I don't like it.

Wretched "Smart"phone

It takes its time turning on, it takes its time opening apps, it takes its time loading webpages. My Bluetooth will randomly disconnect. I cannot listen to music and use other apps. My music apps will just shut down randomly. Only positive is the battery life. "Upgraded" from my S21 and I'd rather use an old Nokia...

We noted your concerns about your device slowing down, Bluetooth disconnection as well as music apps shutting down. If your device is still lagging or moving slowly, you can keep up with your phone’s performance by using the Device Care feature. It provides an overview of your battery, storage, memory, and security. You can also automatically optimize your phone for faster, better performance. Before you try out the recommendations, be sure to check if your device's software is updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order. Go to Settings > Software update. Tap on Download and install. Follow the on-screen instructions. Next, try using the Quick Optimization feature. The Quick optimization feature improves your phone’s performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears away unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is as quick and simple. Go to Settings > swipe to and tap Device Care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. As far as the apps shutting down. If you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. Battery Refused to Charge

Ran through all the recommended troubleshooting tips. Initially was able to get it to start charging using USB A to C cable, then even that stopped.

No.. just no
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BACK AWAY SLOWLY!!! This phone is not for you! I switched from my s21 ultra to this particular phone. I knew it wasnt going to be as fast but for what i paid for it should be decent.. thats where i was wrong. At first it was a decent little phone... now i curse this thing daily. I can go into my texts and i have a message that pops up saying "please insert a SIM card to continue". When traveling and trying to listen to music at the same time, it just ceases all functions and will cause the GPS to lag and my music to cut off. when trying to answer a call it will take forever to "answer" then gives me a missed call notification. Lastly, my screen will just completely stroke out alot of the times. I can be texting someone and it will just start saying i clicked something when i really didnt. So in case you made it this far and youre STILL thinking of getting the a15... Dont!!!

Worst phone, I have never torched, don't believe youtube reviews, and these 5 star reviews. The screen is good, clear, that's all. But if the phone takes 3-4 seconds to register a touch ? and when you bring back the websites running background, the phone reloads it most of the time. This phone shouldn't be on the market, total garbage

Very slow UI
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hadn't owned a Samsung phone in around 5 years, and finally decided to give them a try since I needed a budget phone for a while. I remember why I stopped buying Samsungs. The UI is incredibly slow, laggy, buggy, glitchy, and not fun to look at. One UI is way to heavy for this phone to run. I happily upgraded to a Moto G Stylus 5G today after the A15 decided to randomly call 911 and I'm much happier with the Moto UI.

Waste of money!

I have always been a loyal Samsung customer, this being my fifth android. This A15 has given me nothing but problems. I have been in and out of Verizon four different times and they finally told me the phone is the problem. I tried multiple different SIM cards as I was limited to WiFi calls only and now all my calls randomly drop even on WiFi calls. This was a huge disappointment and I understand this isn’t the best android available but I still expect better from a newer Samsung product. Extremely dissatisfied!

Worst Phone I've ever Gotten

It glitches and that force closes apps unnecessarily. The voice to speech option is flakey and unreliable. The phone reboots just because. I even went in and exchanged it for a repacement because of this. It's the exact same. Absolutely horrible.

If you're experiencing apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are several steps you can take to resolve the situation. Start by clearing the app cache; go to Settings, select Apps, find the app in question, and tap on Storage to clear the cache. Then, check if the app is compatible with your device, especially if you downloaded it from a third-party store. Sometimes, simply rebooting your device can help, so give that a try, along with optimizing your device using built-in tools. If the situation persists, uninstall and reinstall the app, and look for additional updates for both the app and your device. If the app is installed but not functioning properly, check for updates via the Play Store or Galaxy Store; if it doesn’t appear in either, it may be incompatible. Make sure the app is up-to-date before attempting to open it again. If you haven’t used the app in a while, it might need certain permissions; navigate to Settings, tap on Apps, select the app, and adjust the permissions under Allowed or Not allowed. I’ve been chatting with them and they said I won’t get my refund until they verify. So now I am out the money and don’t have a response working phone. I ordered this because my current phone completely stopped working.
