    Don't shop at Best Buy and don't buy this phone

    Phone did not work on carrier as advertised. Best Buy still charged a $45 restocking fee and refused to refund that portion. Terrible customer service. I spend thousands each year at Best Buy, but will be shopping elsewhere going forward - you should too.

    This phone is horrible. I bought one for my husband and i because we needed a budget phone and i tried to do a lot of research. This phone is broken and glitchy straight out of box. The return is so tiny that of course i missed it. We have to constantly restart it because the screen just freezes when it wants.

    Great buy if you don't plan on using Xfinity Mobil

    Bought it to use with Xfinity Mobile and it's not compatible. They refuse to added the IMEI to there network. They sell the same phone but will not let you bring your own of this model.

    really bad the phone is really slow and it lags a lot. the battery also drains down really fast and it is just in general in a peace of junk bc its really slow and laggy.

    Just received the delivery, I will update when I actually get a "NEW" phone that I paid for. I was charged full price but got clearly opened box... so either previously owned or some other shenanigans. I am not happy I have to go back to the store and wait in line to return and reorder. The store that shipped it to me pulled a fast one on me.

    So disappointed. I was excited to get this phone as i desperately needed a new one. I had my old phone for 7 years and the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I looked into the Galaxy A 15 5G and thought it was a reasonably priced phone. I purchase through Best Buy's website. I opted for same-day shipping. Didn't receive my package the same day. Shipt the delivery partner returned my phone because it was " damaged". Im not a happy customer. I will wait until i received my refund. Then i will repurchase and pick up in store. Never again will i trust their delivery partner Shipt.

    We got this phone because the worker at Beat Buy recommended it and it’s horrible. Save your money and buy a quality phone. We were a day late on trying to return it and Best buy didnt care. So now this phone will collect in my dresser because its junk. It runs so slow you cant even answer calls and it gets confused easily.

    Returned. Super slow with multitasking, to switch from one app to another it takes 5-10 seconds to respond, same when you need to unlock it, 5 second to register your face (when it works). Very disappointed being a 2024 phone and this bad.
