    The phone was getting hot and closing the multiwindow feature. The bluetooth was very weak. I had to return it.

While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Although your Galaxy devices may get warm sometimes, they have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if their temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Check out, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to learn about the factors that may affect your device's temperature. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet.     I am replacing an s8+ and this is comparable and a really great deal. I love the size as well. Plus it can run apps that my old OS couldnt. Manage your expectations, it is a little slow sometimes but it works well enough for me.

    Nice phone except it is so slick and thin it is hard to hang on to. You really need a case/cover to offer better grip. The phone works as it should on 4G and 5G. Battery life is as expected and will last with normal use for 24hours or more.
