This phone works great for my needs. I don't understand why there are complaints about the speed. The price is perfect for what you get so not sure what they are expecting but this phone is fine for a low cost option.

The guy got me the phone right away, only thing was he didn't know how to transfer my data over. So back over to AT&T. But all in all a really good phone

They set up my phone for me and I have not had any problems. I always purchase my phones, Televisions, printers and computers from BestBuy because they stand behind their products/ Plus I have Geek Squad Total Protection Service
