She loves it. It is simple to use. The best thing about it is that she can hear on it. She was getting frustrated with her old phone because she could never hear well enough on it to enjoy having conversations. It has really improved her quality of life. Now she can enjoy communicating with her friends again. I would recommend it for anyone older or with hearing issues.

It has the same apps, feature and functions as the more elite models but some of the bells and whistles are slimmed down. For example the A16 does not have wireless charging. Great phone if you like the Samsung infrastructure and have limited funds.
