    Its a ok phone good for the price just not the best it run supper slow and is really laggy once you use like 115 gbs but its a good budget friendly phone that can last 2 or 3 years!

    I had too many issues with this phine it freezes up , the battery life is pretty bad and ithad alot of glitching and it was a brand new phone. Would not recommend

    The phone is ok…. It lags a lot when you first unlock it. Once it’s been going a little bit the phone works ok. But I mean you get what you pay for

    Not a Good Phone

    I did not find this to be a good phone. When I leave it to charge overnight, it only charges intermittently even though when I plug it in, it shows that it is charging. I then have to charge it during the day, and, it takes an extremely long time to charge (up to 6 hours). When it does fully charge, it will not hold the charge even when it isn't being used. The screen is not responsive, and I have had calls go to voicemail or people hang up because I haven't been able to answer the call. Unfortunately, apparently I kept it past Best Buy's return time, which I didn't know about, and now my only option is to return it to Samsung, which is not an option as I need my phone.

    Horrible phone . Battery gets so hot it burns my fingers just talking on the phone . Lags and sometimes freezes up . Wished id never bought it . Id even trade it in and pay the diffrence for another one but its not on thd trade in list

    First I bought the a15 and I thought surely they improved it . But no its as slow and laggy as the a15 it will hang on you while using if it wasnt for that i would give it 5 stars.

    The phone is ok but it has some glitches, I was forced to buy a new phone because my old phone didn't receive updates anymore. I don't like the new phones with intrusive AI.

    The worst phone I have ever had, and I’ve had many. If you have nerves of steel, then go ahead and buy this phone. A million times I wanted to throw it against a concrete wall just to be done with it. It is unbelievably slow. Opening apps, typing, switching screens — everything feels like it’s stuck in the past. This phone belongs in 2009, no joke. Save yourself the frustration.
