    Inexpensive phone but performance is super slow. Much slower than the 5 year old Samsung it replaced. This phone freezes quite often and is slow performing almost every task. It's too late for me to return. If I had known the performance problem earlier I would have paid more to get a better phone. I do not recommend the A16.

    This phone was laggy, every app on the phone would stop or force shut down every other minute i kept this phone for about a week i think hoping it would start to work right and then couldn't take it anymore and returned it because the price is to high to be of the quality of the $30 dollar, dollar general phones from 2019 ill stick to my s22 ultra until it completely gives out on me

    Worst phone I have ever purchased in my entire life. There is a reason this is a sub $200 phone. The most laggy glitchy phone right out of the box I've ever seen. I have 8 year old androids that still perform better than this piece of garbage. Even though it is cheap, DO NOT waste your money.

    The phone is lousy. The guy who helped me deceived me that I can upgrade my storage to more than 260 if I want. But this phone is not compatible with Samsung phones. I can even charge it with my other Samsung charger.

    Disappointed, I bought my cell, and sent it to my country when it says unlocked and the previous owner blocked it, 3 months later and when I call Best Buy they tell me that they can't do anything. Only bring the cell back.

    Get a One plus N30 for a little more

    Phone is slow. Settings that you have to navigate to, change on their own and get locked for no reason. Webpages refresh when you leave them for a second, can't do work on phone. Apps crash constantly. Never had issues like that with my one plus which was only $50 more

    I just want to say thank the heavens for Best Buy’s membership and the returns it affords. This phone has been garbage. From faulty batteries, to zero drop protections, to nearly lighting my house on fire. Don’t get this phone for anyone under the age of 15z

    Achingly slow. I don't understand how people use this. Also, Best Buy dropped the price by 25% 18 days after I purchased, but they will only price match for 15 days, no exception. Don't buy this go someplace else

    You get what you pay for. No better than a $30.00 cell phone from the dollar store. The sound is not good. Does not ever have a strong signal. Constantly freezes up. Sometimes you can hear sometimes you cannot
