Very slow, and unfortunately we can’t return due to best buy only take them back 14 days after purchase.

I really wanted to like this phone, but for the price point you get what you pay for. Most everything you’re doing in this phone you will be frustrated with the lagginess, app, crashing, and inability to multitask. I plan on selling this phone soon.

I need to replace my old one because update were no more available, so my option to buy a new Samsung was really awful... slow, not responding, asking for reset... not recommended at all

I am so grateful that Best Buy's Geek Squad is there to help me set up new devices as I have to replace them. I am 78 and need that help. Natalie was very kind and helpful. I have bought a new computer and phone from them and will continue to but all my electronics at Best Buy and maintain my Geek Squad membership.

An good upgrade from the A17 my kids love it and the price was good.
