Samsung has failed miserably with this one. Priced as a budget device, but hugely underperforming in every aspect. Not even worth the low price. Was a backup device when the original A50 got shattered for about a few months. Couldn't stand the sluggishness, Just had to get something better...

This is not a good phone, and it is terrible with service receptions. To make it worse, it has no wifi calling, making it another useless Samsung galaxy device. Battery life is also poor

    AVOID Samsung A20 phone

Avoid the Samsung A20 phone, it is a total piece of crap. On mine the screen cracked on the first day while just sitting on the table next to me, for no reason... and a cracked screen voids the warranty and it costs almost as much to replace it through protection plan than buying a new one. The A20 is extremely fragile and not durable at all.

Huge fan of Samsung phones but they really missed the mark with 2 bad cameras on the A20. Blurry, focus problems, lighting problems and a practically non existent zoom, Surprised to see the other reviews gushing about what great pics the A20 takes. The rest of the phone is what one would expect from Samsung.

I bought this phone as a gift for my husband to replace his old Boost mobile phone and even though in the specifications it said compatible with Boost, it is not. Brought it into the store and they wouldnt even look at it for us or let us return it so now I am out $250 with a useless phone.

One of the best Android phones available

I have owned several Android cell-phones and the Samsung Galaxy A20 is definitely the best of them. It is the closest in performance to an iPhone. Everything I used it for worked well and without any problems! I definitely recommend this phone to anybody looking for an Android Phone which is inexpensive too,

    Another quality Samsung product!

I've been using my Samsung A20 since late March, and so far have had no complaints. The low price was a definite plus. The camera capabilities were what sold me, though. The Samsung A20 has dual rear cameras with much higher resolution (13 megapixels), plus a front lens for selfies (8 megapixels). The color quality and sharpness are far better than my previous Samsung phone. I'm able to work on my Adobe apps with no appreciable lag, and am pleasantly surprised at my ability to have many apps open while still working (due to the 1.8ghz processor, 32gb phone capacity and 3gb RAM.) A 6.4" screen and sleek design are a definite plus. Screen rotation isn't automatic anymore (which I now love.) If you inadvertently rotate the screen, there's an icon at the bottom right corner so you can switch the screen orientation as you want, when you want. Other Samsung apps are included, such as Samsung Internet, Device Care, Gallery, Phone, etc. with a number of Google and other apps preloaded.

    Cellphone was used

The phone is fine in terms of performance, but I could tell someone had previously used it. I got this phone "new" at a best buy store, but when I opened the box the phone had a large fingerprint right at the center of the screen. It wasn't mine because my fingers aren't that big and I hadn't removed the plastic cover from the phone yet. The charger adapter was all scratched up and the wire looks like it's not the original. I know people return products back to the store, but this is just ridiculous. I paid for something new and it clearly wasn't.

Was loving it, but has a serious flaw

The phone has a lot to offer, but be aware that the light setting can adjust itself to full dark so you can't see where anything is on the screen to get it back on. Phone calls and texts could be heard coing in so it was working. Took a good hour before I could see a faint outline of my lock screen by getting to a very dark room, and eventually found how to get the light back on. So no I am not confident this will happen again when I need the phone.
