Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not one to usually write reviews, even if a product is bad, but I must have gotten a serious lemon with this phone or something. The phone was activated in store and the moment I left u was already having issues. I could not make texts or calls, but could receive them. I brought it back and it suddenly started working so I thought it was a fluke. Two weeks later, same thing. Then it worked again after a couple hours. A week later same thing....i figured it just be my carrier, so I brought it in and was told it looks like a software glitch so I reset my phone and it works for now. I fully expect it to go out again though. Besides the "glitch", this phone takes horrible pictures. Honesty this is my main reason for this frustration. I was told it had good picture quality but 9 out of 10 pictures are blurry which is a serious bummer when you have small children. I am definitely disappointed overall and would not recommend this phone. I do think maybe move is a lemon because it looks like others have been satisfied, so who knows?

Other than that It's a good phone..
