    I purchased on 3/2/24. It is 4/12/24 and the phone has a defective battery. It starting overheating and shutting off. Deadline to return was 3/17/24 so I am basically screwed out of a phone. This was supposed to be a brand new phone. First and last time I will purchase an Android from Best Buy.

While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues.
