Samsung No Charger?

And no one says a thing but simply have to make an additional charger purchase. People learn to appeal those kind of things and stop allowing these companies to rob us. sucks!

Don't buy this model from Best Buy!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone was a lemon, would not hold network service connection no matter which part of the valley I was in, and the service provider could not find anything wrong with it as far as service settings, so they advised it's a failure of the phone under manufacturer warranty that I must now hassle with to return before the 90 days ends.

No product in package/ no investigation/

Then best buy refuses an investigation requested from FedEx to look into the matter which is odd. And all I was told is to take it up with the delivery co. Almost $300 in the toilet for lack of care. Customer service/loss prevention is non existent with best buy.

Samsung’s customer service is horrible and return window has closed.

Issue with the phone

But less than 2 weeks after getting it, it started shutting down on its own, and there was nothing I could do but return it and go for the better-established A15.

Why the ads said Unlocked?

It's okay for what it is
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone is okay but it definitely does lag a wholeee lot doing even minimal tasks. Gaming is pretty good but nothing groundbreaking, just runs well enough. Screen display is nice but the ugly notch and bezels kinda ruin it. Although the screen display itself looks super vibrant and can get pretty bright. No ESIM compatibility which kinda sucks, so if you have a defective SIM you can't just easily fix it, you'll need another SIM. Overall feel of the phone is okay. Sad that Blue Black is the only color available in the US because I personally think the Light Blue and Yellow international variants look much nicer. The Blue Black color looks kinda cheap. Cameras are very middling and performance is very middling in general. I'd say this is a good phone for someone who only uses it for basic tasks and doesn't do a whole lot at once. I guess I'd be considered a "power user" as I typically have a lot running at once. In conclusion, this phone is best for someone who only really uses it for social media and the like. Battery life is definitely better than my old phone, but note that this phone does not have wireless charging which also kinda sucks.

Don't buy anything not NEW from Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the phone works, it works great. However, DON'T BUY ANYTHING NOT NEW FROM BESTBUY. I bought 2 open box phones from Best Buy - both claiming to be in excellent condition. When I received the first phone, it took me all of 2 minutes to realize that the previous owner never cleared their Google account, rendering this phone 100% useless. Since I ordered the phone online, I had to ship it back to the BestBuy warehouse and buy a new phone rather than just exchange it in person. When I bought the second phone, it struggled to make phone calls when not connected to Wi-Fi. After a lot of back and forth with Verizon, BestBuy, and Samsung, it was determined that it was a damaged antenna - something that happened outside of my control. I tried to send it to Samsung to get is fixed, and lo and behold, the part is on back order nationwide and Samsung is offering a new phone. Part of the issue is Samsung, I understand. But had the Geek Squad checked out either of the phones for 2 minutes, they wouldn't have sold them. I'm not buying anything that's not NEW from Best Buy going forward.

Disgusting Samsung A version.

It is a primitive version of Samsung, slow, apps close while working or reading, opens apps by itself, turns on by itself, the worst Samsung version. The only thing good about it are pictures and videos. I found out too late to ONLY buy Samsung S versions. I wich I could return it.

Buyer Beware: Research before purchase

Within weeks, one of them started shutting off even though it had a full battery. Apparently it is a known problem with this model. It took weeks of dealing with Samsung's customer service and repair center to be told they were sending it back in its broken state. It took many phone calls but they finally refunded the money. Now we cross our fingers and hope the second one holds up. FYI, when it works, it is nice. It has a decent display and good battery life. But I would not recommend to others.
