Phone calls would only last maybe two or three seconds. Data was incredibly slow, kept disconnecting and reconnecting at a few seconds. Even try to factory resetting it didn’t even help

I was able to return it for a full refund and get a comparable phone the same day. They helped with everything! This is why I go to best buy for my phones.
