    6 months in and all of a sudden could not connect to 5G/LTE. Customer support experience was despicable. Used online chat and they sent me to a service center. Service center was surprised I was sent there and said right off the bat they can't do anything. I called customer service on the phone and they wanted to send me to another service center. I opted to send the phone by mail. I've had nothing but problem with this phone (Galaxy A25) since I got it. Too bad I liked the phone when it works. It is in the mail now back to Samsung for repair.

    I have owned several budget phones in the past, and the A25 is, by far, the least responsive and most lag-prone option available. Samsung's inclusion of extensive bloatware significantly hampers the device's usability. Given its current struggles with Android 14, I find it hard to believe that Samsung will effectively support this phone for the promised four years. Overall, I feel misled by this purchase. In comparison, my 2024 Moto G Play consistently outperforms the A25 and is typically priced at $109.
