Customer support experience was despicable. Used online chat and they sent me to a service center. Service center was surprised I was sent there and said right off the bat they can't do anything. I called customer service on the phone and they wanted to send me to another service center. I opted to send the phone by mail. I've had nothing but problem with this phone (Galaxy A25) since I got it. Too bad I liked the phone when it works. It is in the mail now back to Samsung for repair.

Samsung's inclusion of extensive bloatware significantly hampers the device's usability. Given its current struggles with Android 14, I find it hard to believe that Samsung will effectively support this phone for the promised four years. Overall, I feel misled by this purchase. In comparison, my 2024 Moto G Play consistently outperforms the A25 and is typically priced at $109.
