The phone works fine: battery last two days without a charge & I talk for hours on it, storage is a plus, wish the camera had time stamp (I had to download it from the app store), also wish it could record calls without downloading call recorder. So far so good.

Good sound through speakers. Nice pictures. Reliable. Solid and sturdy phone. Case fit nicely over the phone. It's been dropped a couple times with no damage. Only down side it is quite large.

The product is as well made and functional as any Samsung we have purchased. We got this for my daughter who is just entering Middle School. There are no problems with the phone itself except it is not compatible with our provider. The product information indicated otherwise but we were told it was an error on the product description. I'm not sure whose air that is. The operating speed is good. The graphics are nice. The camera works really well. It has a good amount of storage.

I'm very pleased with the phone so far now mind you I came from a flip phone to this phone so it's working good. What I'm most impressed with is the Best buy associates that helped me by this phone and especially the girl that set up the phone on the Verizon network excellent excellent workers.

Overall a good phone for that price. It just a bit too big.

I've enjoyed this phone JUST AS MUCH as my previous Galaxies - no hiccups with apps. This phone's display is a step down but not way down. The 64GB at the time of purchase was enough, and I can still add a Sandisk...

a little early to tell. my husband is getting used to it and loves it so far. it's easy to figure out and the photos are great. so far the battery is working well.

not for me the screen was nice and the size but 720p on a 6.5 inch screen with a mediocre chip. this phone is prolly good for most people but not for me i traded this one back in for the pixel and so glad i did the only thing bad is the screen size was nice on this samsung

It’s a good phone for the price, I don’t have another android phone to compare it to but crashes sometimes if I start getting crazy with the load the phone carries.

This is a good product for the older generation with some tech. skills. Does everything I need and some more. I found it not too difficult to get used to.

Good and sturdy phone. 64GB makes a big difference especially as the system updates go. able to add more apps without performance issue. Prior phone storage eaten up by system updates had to delete apps and still not enough space.

great phone. bought it for my great grandmother and she love the phone. its easy to use if your an elderly person. would buy again if i needed something cheap

Overall better than I expected. Plastic back feels super cheap, but a solid case will save the day. Seems like it doesn't want to stay connected to Wi-Fi sometimes. Didn't think I would ever go back to Samsung, but glad I did.

This phone I had issues after having the phone for 2weeks. When going on the Internet, a black line would appear across the screen and start blinking. I was told by the technician in the store, that the screen was going to go out. I returned this item ASAP.

Good phone and its definitely not slow . Not bad for price

The phone itself operates smooth and has a great camera. However it is not compatible with cricket like it claims to be. Disappointed that I can't use it.
