It has a hard time staying connected to WiFi networks, Cache memory us so low that anytime you switch back from one app to the previous one, you'll have to start all over what you were doing. If your money allows; definitely buy a higher and better phone.

I thought it was the cell phone provider but after we exhausted all remedies with them and a new SIM card nothing works correctly. It will drop a call before it's even connected, I receive a phone call answer it. it connects but the person on the other end can't hear you and I can't hear them. Then sometimes when I make a phone call all I hear is a loud static sound hang up redial it works sometimes. Nothing but problems so I called Samsung their solution is send the phone to them and they'll look at it and I said okay what am I going to do for the three or four weeks that you have my phone I have no other phone. Their suggestion was call my cell phone provider and maybe they can lend me a phone. I've had Samsung for years I can't remember ever not having one but at this point the customer service is not up to par. I would not and I repeat would not buy another Samsung phone
