Samsung Galaxy A35 5G (Unlocked) – Awesome Navy

This phone is a great deal for the price. The screen is super clear and smooth thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate, and the color (Awesome Navy) looks sleek and modern. Battery life is solid — it easily lasts a full day. It runs pretty smooth for everyday stuff like social media, videos, and texting. Camera is decent in good lighting, but not amazing in low light. Also, charging could be faster. But for a budget-friendly 5G phone with a nice design and good display, it’s definitely worth considering.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G in Awesome Navy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This phone perfectly balances performance, design, and affordability, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable mid-range device. **Design & Build Quality:** The Awesome Navy color is stunning and gives the phone a sleek, premium look. The build quality feels solid in hand, and the phone is comfortable to hold and use. The slim profile and smooth finish make it easy to handle, even with one hand. **Display:** The 6.5-inch display is vibrant and bright, making watching videos and browsing the web a pleasure. The colors are rich, and the resolution is sharp, providing an immersive viewing experience whether you're streaming your favorite shows or scrolling through social media. **Performance:** Powered by a capable processor and 5G connectivity, the Galaxy A35 handles everyday tasks effortlessly. Apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and gaming is surprisingly lag-free. The 5G support is a big plus, ensuring fast and stable internet speeds wherever I go. **Battery Life:** The battery life is impressive, easily lasting a full day of moderate to heavy use. Whether I'm streaming videos, playing games, or just texting, I never have to worry about running out of power. Samsung's One UI is user-friendly and comes with a host of useful features, making the overall experience even better. **Conclusion:** Overall, the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is an outstanding device for its price. It offers a great mix of performance, features, and style, making it a perfect choice for anyone who wants a reliable and stylish smartphone without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

The A35 5G offers a premium design, bright 120Hz AMOLED display, and strong battery life. It’s water-resistant (IP67) and runs smoothly for everyday use, though it can lag with heavier tasks. The main camera is solid in daylight but struggles in low light. No charger included. Pros: Sleek design, vibrant display, long battery, great software support Cons: Some lag, average night photos, no charger

The Galaxy A35 5G strikes an excellent balance between performance and price. The Super AMOLED display is vibrant and smooth with its 120Hz refresh rate, making everything from streaming to scrolling feel premium. Battery life easily lasts a full day, and the camera system is solid for everyday photography, especially in good lighting. The build quality feels sturdy, and the Awesome Navy color is sleek and modern. While it's not as powerful as flagship models, it handles multitasking and gaming surprisingly well for the price. A great mid-range option if you're looking for 5G, a beautiful display, and a reliable phone overall.

This is an awesome device for the price. Does the work for the purpose intended which is for my son. The graphics are on point and speed is fair. Could use some extra storage but that's not issue comes with an additional memory chip space so no worry there. Overall super pleased with the device there. Battery life is is great as well.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy A35, and I’m honestly very impressed! This phone is awesome—it looks great, feels smooth in the hand, and runs really well. The display is bright and clear, and everything feels fast and responsive. It’s also very comfortable to use, not too heavy, and easy to hold. The battery life is strong, and the camera takes really nice photos for a phone in this price range. Overall, it feels like a premium device without the premium price. I’m really happy with this purchase—it’s definitely worth it. Samsung did a great job with the A35

No improvement over 6 year old A51

    Posted .

Not an improvement over my 6 year old A51. It's basically the same phone. A little faster, but still a lag after every tap. The camera is just horrid. The flash is too bright, makes everything white-washed and hazy. With soft white lights on and no flash, it's still hazy. In dim light with the flash, it turns everything red, like an old 80s photo from a disposable camera. The color is dull, not vibrant. It's either too much light and white-washed, or it's too dark and muddy. I just cannot get a decent picture indoors, no matter what I do, even with the Pro mode and trying to fine-tune the settings. My 3 year old Pixel 6 takes WAY better pictures. *(Pics included were taken with this A35 camera.) The Always On Display no longer has customization options. On my A51, I had an animated .gif on the AOD. On the A35, you can't even put an image or change the clock type. It will only update to Android 14, though my 3 year old Pixel 6 is on Android 15. The A51 stopped at 13. NOT worth $400. Not an improvement. Not an upgrade. I got it because it's the "best" Xfinity phone with an SD card slot. I don't understand how the $800+ phones don't have an SD card slot! Shouldn't more money get you more features?! So I'm returning it and getting a Pixel 8. If I can't have an SD card slot, I need at least 256GB internal because I have over 100GB of just music (lossless, I don't do that mp3 garbage or spend data $ to stream music I already own). And the A51 has a headphone jack, which none of them have anymore. What a ridiculous ommission. Forcing everyone to go fully digital/wireless/streaming... I have a 1993 van that can only connect to a phone with an aux headphone cable! So, now I have to carry TWO phones with me... One as a phone & internet, one as a media player! And all the bloatware...! If I purchase this phone, I should be able to make it mine and remove ANY & ALL apps I choose. If I don't get to actually OWN my phone, it should be provided free, as long as I'm paying for active service.

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G really surprised me—in a good way. It has all the features you'd expect from a Samsung phone, just without the huge price. The screen looks great, the phone feels smooth and responsive, and the camera takes solid photos (even in lower light). Battery life easily gets me through the day, and having 5G is a nice bonus for the price. If you're looking for a reliable, modern smartphone that doesn’t break the bank, this is a great option. Definitely feels like you're getting more than what you paid for.

This is a very good phone. Easy to use and seems to be well-built. Good reception and speed. Big, sharp screen. Good colors. Nice to see the long support life from Samsung. Android 14 a little different than the Android 12 on my older phone, but pretty similar. Easy to figure out how to operate the phone. Now if I can only get Consumer Cellular to fix how my Caller ID information appears on calls (been trying to make the correction for one full week), I will be a happy camper.

The iPad offers amazing battery life, making it perfect for work, play, and travel. Its sleek design, intuitive interface, and powerful performance enhance productivity and creativity. However, higher storage options would be a welcome addition, especially for users managing large files, media, or apps. It's a versatile companion for modern needs.

We opted for this phone due to its price point and features. I can definitely say that it is worth its price for all its quality features, storage, and battery life. The only thing I slightly dislike about this phone is it's camera quality. Regardless, it is a good phone for its price!

Samsung never disappoints me and they certainly did an amazing job with this one. This phone is amazing. I am so glad I was patient and waited for this model to release. I bought it the first week it was out and I have zero complaints. The battery life is great! Sound quality is great! Camera is great! I can't say enough good things about it. I am very happy and pleased and I have no doubt that you will be too.

A35 5G worked right away with a SIM card from my older device. In Specifications Best Buy has a list of multi-carriers compatibility. Long battery life, when multitasking gets warm sometimes, not hot. Camera is good for the price. I like that within camera app settings I can choose shooting methods, and while taking videos flashlight mode “on” & “off” available. The phone is fast and responsive, great display- Super AMOLED. I bought a screen protector and a case for my Samsung A35. Happy with the purchase from Best Buy!
