So far, for the money, it is a good phone. Does everything I need it to do and does it efficiently. Files from old Samsung were easily transferred to this phone. I do have one complaint and I considerate it serious. Holding this phone is like trying to hang on to wet slippery ice. The case is so slippery, it is hard to hold onto and drops are unavoidable. Samsung could easily have slightly modified the case to avoid this. Hopefully this was not intentional to increase future sales. I have ordered a case to overcome this issue, but it has yet to arrive.

PC phones are the more professional phone

Only to find out it was not as listed,it was just a phone in a plastic bag and no accessories as were listed.Was listed as excellent condition with all accessories see pics. It was literally a phone in a plastic bag no charger,nothing.Could have at least offered a discount for the New A35 I ended up spending $50+ extra for! Do better Kokomo Indiana Best Buy!
