Only to find out it was not as listed,it was just a phone in a plastic bag and no accessories as were listed.Was listed as excellent condition with all accessories see pics. It was literally a phone in a plastic bag no charger,nothing.Could have at least offered a discount for the New A35 I ended up spending $50+ extra for! Do better Kokomo Indiana Best Buy!

The transfer from the old phone to the new one was smooth and painless. The phone is working good and she loves the color.
