Samsung has not been helpful with warranty, (hence the low review) so I basically just lost 350 bucks and then had to go buy another phone (same phone but on Swappa for MUCH cheaper). I used to think Swappa was risky, but knowing how hard it is to get a fix on warranty makes the double price at Best Buy seem not worth it.

I understand this is a budget phone, but the flavor/style of Android, preinstalled bloatware, and ads on 'Samsung' branded apps have made for an unpleasant experience. Now there's an argument to be made that any brand has these issues, but I have issue with Samsung's implementation of it all. Coming from a Pixel 3 I think I'll be going back to a newer phone from that lineup.
