    The phone iteself was nice, but mine died (screen touch stopped responding) after 6 or 7 weeks which was just past the point where Best Buy makes any "promise" that things will work. Samsung has not been helpful with warranty, (hence the low review) so I basically just lost 350 bucks and then had to go buy another phone (same phone but on Swappa for MUCH cheaper). I used to think Swappa was risky, but knowing how hard it is to get a fix on warranty makes the double price at Best Buy seem not worth it.
