    Helped transfer all info from broken phone..went to my phone service store..they won't help..we don't handle phones at this store...so I bought my phone at Best Buy.. Helpful and kind about giving good information. Thank you

    I bought those because my S24 was stolen only after 3 months of getting it. I got this on sale for $375. It pretty much the same phone as the S24, obviously some lower specs but I like the screen is bigger. Only down side was there are some options I don't have like before, again I understand that part. I'm happy with it for sure.

    Still getting used to this item. Disappointed that I cannot change the notification sound for the whatsapp. Keeps going back to default setting even though I changed the sound on the default.
