The "AI" push in the software is annoying. Theres no audio jack port and its not realible for use with Square.
For a smart phone its ability to do things is mid.

I am pleased with the phone. I am not so pleased with my credit card, which offered ninety dollars back if purchased, but not until after the purchase. Sigh.

My review is very dissatisfied with the sales representative his name is Adrian,that sold me the A36. That was not the phone we went into Best Buy to purchase. We wanted to purchase SM A166U. The Adrian told us he didn’t have that phone in the Store and none of the Best Buy stores in the area had that phone , he proceeded to take us to the most expensive android phone. then the Adrian told us that he normally doesn’t help set up a phone. But he was willing to do as a favor. He down load the icons. Two days later I tried to down load emails.I was not able.I went back to Newnan GA Best Buy where my husband and I purchased the new phone. We had an appointment with the Geek squad. I have worked with this member of the geek squad several times. she was unable to get my emails on the cell phone.I asked to speak with the Store manager. She said that it’s not Best Buy‘s problem. It was an app problem. I told her that it didn’t matter to me. Who’s problem it was, but I needed to be able to get my emails off my cell phone and I had just spent $356 so I told her I wanted to get my money back the floor manager, then started started a return receipt, giving me what I would get back $277. I paid.$356.77 cents and I want all of my money back, which included the casing for the cell phone the screen protector for the cell phone and a service plan. The floor manager, then proceeded to piece meal the return and I had a pencil and paper. I have those receipts, as I said, it was in peace meal. I showed him that that still doesn’t line up with everything that I purchased for the phone and accessories, so then he would say oh I forgot to do this. Oh I forgot to do that so it was absolutely ridiculous. I believe I’m still owed I believe $27. And I requested to get my 25 REWARDS back.I was told no because unable to return full amount.
I believe I have had problems ever since my purchase. I believe I had been hacked. I have had several times someone is trying to get into my different accounts. I actually have documentation where I took a picture from my camera on my new phone. Trying to get into my Apple account, other accounts etc. but I have a two stage verification process and I got a notice. I purchased a new phone from another location not a Best Buy when I when into sittings, The A36 still appeared in my new cell phone. Also in my new phone that I purchased from a different store had an email that I did not recognize we removed that email a couple of times and I just kept reappearing. I’ve changed my password several times because I don’t feel that it’s completely secure. I did purchase Norton before this last cell phone from Best Buy I’m very thankful for that . I will never buy from the Newnan Georgia Best Buy store ever again. I chose a one star because there wasn’t an option for zero.I would never recommend Newnan, Georgia Best Buy.

I recently bought this phone because my Samsung 22 stopped working. it doesn't function as well. I am not happy with this phone its too large compared to the 22. My kids make fun of it and call it 'Mommy's tablet!'

Good phone for personal use . I don’t have an issue.

I bought it for my daughter, she liked the look of it, but after a few days of use it became clear that the processor was not powerful enough. It's constantly lagging and slow, meaning it works slowly. We had to return it because it was unusable.

Overall okay, nothing is so special or problematic issue. Other mobile might be similar with low price.
