Great price on a sweet cellphone. This phone is easy to use with awesome speed. Installed apps are a bonus. his is a phone I can use right out of the box.

A great experience all the way around! The salesman listened to what I wanted and we got down to business. The whole evolution took about 30 minutes and we were done! Very knownledgable and efficient salesman! When I picked up my order in the store another salesman helped to transfer all my data and provided helpful info on my new phone! Couldn't have been any easier!!

Purchased as a long overdue replacement for my wife's Samsung Galaxy 5. Was looking for a phone that was midrange in cost with decent features. Narrowed the selections to 2-3 phones and this one had a special one-week sale price. Her thoughts, "Very nice phone, great battery but a tad heavy and large."

Phone serves my purposes well, needed additional storage and extended battery.

When used on speaker phone, sometimes it works well and sometimes it sends a garbled / muffled voice to whoever you are speaking with. We did not buy additional protection, so, although purchased new in the store, we now are having to deal directly with Samsung to try and get a replacement. Per the Best Buy staff, we will have to accept a refurbished phone. This is not right. The purchase was made in good faith for a new phone, not a refurbished unit because it has a defect.
