This phone is at the sweet spot for performance/value.

Big screen but quality is not comparable with the other galaxys that I had before. Also camera is not great.

Its a smart phone. Purchased it for dad because his samsung s9 literally split open along its case even though it was secured in an otterbox defender case. This phone was one of the few that is capable of working with his pacemaker app.

This phone works great and transferring apps and other data from the old phone was no problem. The only issue I have that about 2 months ago a notification started showing up that USB connected / disconnected repeatedly when nothing was connected. After some investigation I found out that this is a known Samsung problem on some devices and that there is no permanent fix. This problem runs the battery down in about 8 hours.

I like my phone , having problems learning it , I need more training on it to really enjoy the Apps & how to guide the information I need, I am happy with the phone.

I love this phone and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get it too, that's it..... that's all lol.

Takes some getting use to when purchading a new phone, however, after those adjustments I am really loving it.

Just purchased phone today. Too early for a review. Happy with Best Buy Verizon and Samsung personnel, who set up phone, etc. Phone needs further adjustments so we'll see how it goes.

Process of elimination when getting a replacement phone. This was the best of what was available at my Best Buy that wasn't a S21 or S22. I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought this for my grandmother and after a little training period she is enjoying and using it smoothly. The only downside is that the photo processing is a little lacking.

Replaced a Galaxy S7. The A42 has a better screen and battery life is almost 2 days between charges.

So far seema like a good choice for my son, hopefully will last my teen for atleast a year lol before he either breaks it or demands a new upgrade cause the other cool kids said so lol.

Still learning the phone. All help and services at the Destin store were wonderful. Moved info from a dead phone when we thought all was lost. Yeah!! Total Tech support

Samsung galaxy A42 5G phone, phone case, car charger, and screen protection, all excellent products. Easy to adjust to the differences from my old phone.
