Very pleased with everything except one thing .... the sound recording is awful. Awful. It didn't occur to me to check the sound recording until after the 30 days had passed, so I couldn't return it to exchange for a pricier model. (I tried, BB refused.) But the work-around was to get a good quality external microphone that plugs into the same jack. I had to buy two because the first one was still junk. It cost me an extra $75 and it's a pain to have to use an external device ... but that's my situation. Still, I would recommend this phone unless you want to record something musical.

Has been a good device so far. Batter life is great. Can bog down sometimea on high end apps but you really have to push it.

Very easy to use and was extremely easy to transfer files from my other phone. The only drawback is the number of apps preloaded but I guess that is the case with all new phones

Pretty decent phone for the price. I don't play games or watch movies on it so for my use of emails and internet searches it does the trick.

Bought this phone for my wife. Takes great pictures. She can get and send texts and place and receive phone calls. Most importantly she can watch Tik Tok.

This phone is between an entry level and a flagship in my opinion. My 20 yo son uses it for everything from emails to school work to games. He has been very happy with it.

Very good phone so far. Pretty easy to navigate and great price. Don't really see a need to get a more expensive phone when this one just about does what most others do.

Wasn't sure what to expect with getting a low cost Samsung but this phone is a great replacement of my Motorola Turbo. Love it. Battery life is decent as well.

Great alternative to the S10. Fast and lots of space. Not too hard to get used to the lack of a center button.

She was using my old Samsung S series after I was done with them every two years, I saw this A series which was affordable and new so I got it for her and she loves it!

Got this on sale for my daughter a while back now (over a year). She selected it from some models I pre-screened for her based on budget, feature and security considerations. She is still using it, liked it from day one. Runs all the apps she likes plus VPN and AV tools. Cellular Sound quality, wifi, and performance has NOT been an issue for her. So it's a winner for a college student now in the real world even. If you are NOT caught up on the latest more expensive tech, this is a very decent phone that's with stood multiple drops and short bath.

This phone does everything I need it to do at a price that is affordable. When it comes to phones, I believe in this statement: Own it, don't rent it.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and so far so good. It was at a decent price being unlocked and I bought it on sale. You cant go wrong with a Samsung phone.

If you don't need high-end, expensive phone, this phone does what Samsung's flagship phone does with fraction of price. Works great, looks good.

My son loves his new phone. He upgraded from Galaxy 6S. We were very pleased with the quality and performance of this mid price range Samsung phone.
