Little did i know that put an order on my carrier website so I could not activate it online due to an open order on my old phone. I still had to get on with my carrier to activate. Wasted time, they said it would take 3-5 days for that order to clear off my old phone(unusable), so that was not an option. Would have been better transaction if I did not have to wait on the carrier to upgrade my phone and I could do it myself on line
