    This product was an open box, so far I have no issues, I like it very much, It does what I need it to do, I keep it simple, I just use the phone to read articles, YouTube music every now and then, Taking pictures is not the quality I would like, but I dont take pictures all the time. But in all I'm very happy with my phone.

    I have been trying for weeks to contact best buy with a speaker problem with my phone and because of the Corona virus it took me till 4/9/20. Now that I finally got help with the chat to reset my password. wants I logged on it says I cannot return my phone because the past date of 3/25?

    Got this phone for my dad for our business - he was working off an older Samsung that was getting slow. This was a perfect upgrade and made the switch to a newer phone for him easy! Was worried that because it wasn't the "high end" version that it wasn't going to be an upgrade but it was hands down. Great phone and quality

    Great little phone for Verizon service only issue I have is with all the updates phone starts acting up especially in the messenger app nothing can be done until the next update unfortunately but it is a good phone for the price pick one up today if you need to have Verizon prepaid

    We were looking fora new phone for my 86 year old grandmother and this was PERFECT! Great cameras with the look and feel of the Galaxy phones the rest of the family had and she wanted without the price. Very happy that we choose this phone.
