It's a mid range phone with good features. It comes with triple camera setup but results are not good as pixel 3a xl.

Looks and feels great. A lot of customization: themes, icons, casting, and quick. Samsung is by far the best brand of phone I have had.

I purchased for my husband . He is not very tech savy . But this one has most features of upgraded samsung cell phones.

Difficult learning new phone especially when i-phone users aren't able to help me navigate Samsung.

Not the smoothest it's a little sluggish but it does everything you needed to do and it has great antennas.

At first glance this seemed like a good compromise on price and performance but this has a critical flaw that I haven't been able to find a resolution. This phone will drop cell network and not regain it until the device is restarted. This is indicated by the No Cell Service notification. This has caused me to miss work related calls and important texts from family and friends early in the morning when this error occurs during sleep hours. Doing a factory restore does not seem to fix this major issue as once again just days after the restore, I wake up to no cell service and see a flurry of texts come through after restarting the device. Other Sprint users in the household use other devices and do not have this issue. Beyond just this critical flaw there are many other areas where this phone falls short. The built-in fingerprint scanner leaves a lot to be desired as it fails more often than not. The built in-speaker is extremely tinny and often times sounds shrieking. The UI is clunky and slow at times. The keyboard paired with whatever predictive text setting is terrible. The front facing camera and whatever post processing on images leaves selfies unnatural feeling and grainy. One saving grace is the screen. The colors are rich and beautiful. For the price point this phone wants to deliver tons of other features like great storage size and great battery life. However, the critical errors are too much so I advise other consumers to stay away from this product.
