Loved the size and feel of this phone and cost was budget friendly. Mine however kept disconnecting from my car and I had to keep pairing it everytime I started my car. I ultimately exchanged it for an S10e.

This phone was okay for normal day to day but my husband used it for a few months and let’s just say it does not withstand the elements of a construction worker.

Wish i had not purchased. got it to use with a samsung watch but it very touchy and does not integrate very well with watch. Geek squad does not know much about phone and very little help.

This is the most disappointed I have been in a cell phone purchase. This model was recommended by a friend that had one and I really liked the big battery and long run time of the phone. From nearly the beginning, I started to have Bluetooth problems. By the time I went into Best Buy, the "14 day return" period had ended even though I bought it during the extended return for the holidays. My fault but I didn't realize that didn't apply to cell phones. So they would not help me. When I called Samsung, they had me reset all the connections on the phone which dropped my cell service. They did not have a solution other than to take it to a service center 75 miles away. I finally reset it by swapping out another sim card and then putting the original back in. A few months later, the phone has now started to restart itself randomly. Again, Samsung's only answer was to take it to a service center or mail it in and be without a phone for a week or so. Other manufacturers that I have dealt with (Google) sent out the replacement first so that you could move everything to the new phone before you sent the old one back. I also have issues with the always on display. Until my Galaxy 7, this is a special mode that is not your lock screen. You have to press the power button to get to the lock screen to unlock it in this mode. I also don't like whatever screen mode comes on that shows the time even when the always on display isn't on and the phone clicks every time it detects a touch in my pocket. For me, I am moving on to another brand after this phone mostly due to the lack of support.

Not pleased as a replacement of my previous LG3 phone. Can't get assistance as how to use it clearly. Also not much of a color selection either. Just Black.

I really wanted to like this phone but I could not get a signal at my house so useless. Returned it and got a Motorola g7 powera much better signal.

didn't pass the drop test. Fell off my wife's lap quite close to the floor but it shattered. Cost almost as much as the phone to fix it.

Purchased for my son to replace his iPhone 6 Plus. My son tried to like it but really couldn't get into the Android interface. He used it for a few months before saying that he really didn't like it, even though he tried. He stated that there was always a "lag" or delay with the A50 when moving between screens. What a big disappointment.

Bought two phones. one phone is working fine and another one is getting heated while talking and its so annoying

Was great in the beginning but now it lags and my connection is always spotty even with all 5 bars
