Phone was unavailable when it crashed and had to upgrade costing me $163. Plus new geek squad contract

I would not put hase again ! My $120 phone was better ! Samsung downloads everything including samsung pay. You can disable then samsung updates and it is all back ! After 1 month the phone is bowing in the center ! Why? ?? Carried in side of purse with a $80 putter box on it ! It will randomly make 2 other calls while you are trying to make 1 !

It's an okay phone. Lags often. Camera is ok. For the price, it has suited me well

I purchased 3 phones. 2 of the 3 have issues with bluetooth connectivity and camera issues. Samsumg customer service sent me to multiple local repair shops and none of them are equipped to fix A series phone. The phone will have to be mailed in for repairs and that may take up to 15 days, which is unacceptable. Rethink before purchasing this phone. Not the best quality.

I've now had this phone for 4 months. Its all good except the texting. No matter how careful you are typing it adds letters or spaces, sometimes both. Especially "CV" is added. Mt son and my friend have the same phone and theirs does the same thing. Can't recommend this phone for people who text alot.

I bought this because It was at a good price. I am a at&t customer. I couldn't get it to work with a lot of at&t features. I took it back. The phone may be a good phone for the price but I had no luck with getting it to work with AT&T

I was little disappointed when I got my package coz I ordered a50 black color but they gave me dark blue color which is not my favorite and I don't like the color at all!! So next time you order a50 make it sure they will send you right product!!!

Still have this phone, but it has NEVER worked as expected. The screen times-out (goes black) in a minute and is difficult to revive. Bought almost a year ago, and it has only made 2 calls because it won't stay on, even with the screensaver set to maximum time (15 minutes). I bought, set up, and mailed it to a senior relative, and they have never gotten to use it. Testing at BestBuy showed no defect, but it won't stay on long enough to be useful. Supposed to be a blessing, it has been a frustrating ordeal for its 86-year-old recipient, and a major waste of monthly cell charges and the cost of the phone.

Bought it on October 5. Since then, ive seen the screen hesitate & short out on me, as well as the display hopping. & today it drops on its back (case on) & its broken. Definitely going back to the S line when I have the money

After purchasing this phone 2 months ago, it quit working and went blank. Taking it back to Best Buy resulted in "it has a tiny crack in the corner of the screen". I could barely see this crack, and never dropped the phone more than waist high to the floor (who hasn't?) Following their instructions, I sent in to the Samsung warranty repair location, where I was told it was NOT covered! It worked fine and had been weeks since I dropped it. Now I'm out $300 dollars after only 2 months and will never buy a Samsung again!

Not as fast and agile as I was expecting. Too much clutter. This was my third Galaxy and did not compare to my previous two phones. Look for it on eBay soon.

Cellphone restarts on its own. The fingerprint feature works when it wants. I missed the return period, therefore I'm stuck using this cellphone.

I got it for my teen kid, was dropped in the swimming pool and went off has not been working since would not recommend it for any teen.
