The phone was never submerged but apparently moisture got into the phone. I sent it in for warranty service and was told there is no coverage for moisture damage. The cost to repair was way more than the phone itself. This phone has zero protection from water, FYI

Brought it in for Best Buy people to see what’s wrong. They looked at me like I was too stupid to plug in the charger. The guy tried and got it working. I was able to fully charge once more and now it won’t take a charge again. Gives new meaning to disposable phone.

I ended up returning this phone. Very poor quality. You can look up this on iTunes.

Samsung apps bug you constantly and a recent software update requires me to select the cell tower I want to use before every call.
