Camera is very slow it takes too much to capture pictures and also back to normal screen after photo. Also speaker has a problem like can't hear anything after received a call but if use head phone or loud speaker then working.

Dropped phone one time and the glass on the bottom back camera lens busted out, with the case on it that was under the phone on the best buy rack. Love it otherwise, very upset this happened less than a month after buying it.

I am not 100% thrilled with this phone. Picture quality is just OK and the phone constantly drops calls.i am still deciding whether or not this will be a keeper. It’s just OK. No bells and whistles wit this one.

Bloated software makes this a bad buy. I would look elsewhere for a better phone.

After ~20 months of owning this phone, it no longer charges. There is no way to fix this issue outside of an expensive repair. The "fixes" suggested online are garbage and would already be attempted by any smartphone user anyway. Other people report this problem and no one has resolved it outside of a hardware repair. That simply isn't worth it on a $350 phone. Don't buy this, it is junk.

have had some issues with it. notifications don't always make a sound when received.has trouble picking up internet signals or network at times..

I've had this phone for about a month and a half. The battery crapped out and wouldn't even charge it ended up needing replaced 3 weeks ago and it happened again today. I'm done with Samsung if you want a good phone pick a motorola. I'm switching back to my Moto G7.

I typically use a samsung android phone but this new model is horrible wish I could return it. I wasted my money! Not only do I dislike phone but I was sold a used phone it already has a fb and messenger set up on it. the fb account is inappropriate with a lot of sexual content. Also I was able to fix old phone but the samsung representative assured me that my old phone was not fixable.

Screen stinks face recognition stinks finger recognition stinks. I can't believe that when I another person call when I press too pickup the call it comes up with answer call I press the screen and it does nothing. Samsung won't work the Bixby and response Garbage. Sorry I ever bought this piece of Trash. Don't buy it.

Even the smart tech team at Bestbuy cannot set up my new A51 smart phone. I lost a lot of my personal information doing the switch. I have been back four times, leaving never satisfied. Now I think the phone has a defective chip/part, that Bestbuy cannot program the phone. Looks like a new phone, hopefully not another 400.00.

Worst phone ever software issues The phone forces your apps to use data and not wifi thus your run out of data quickly. The apps thst vlme with phone duplicate orginal apps that u cant use and or are not compatable with phone. The entire phone is difficult to figure out. Shuts off drops calls . Worst phone ever.

Why does samsung even launch a phone that is not well tested and bug free. This phone is extremely laggy and buggy. I am getting cracking sound from speaker. Horrible build

I noticed that the phone restarts frequently. I also come up with random error messages that I cannot even read.

My purchase of this device was great the people were great all the customer service was fine.. however the phone would not hook up to my network correctly and therefor i had to return it.

the open box said it came with all accesories and it didn't whichever worker stole them left the phone dirty and on top of all the accesory wrappers.

The phone is weak asf honestly one of the worst phones I've had in a long time
